Human Resources Analyst II – Labor/Employee Relations Division & Work Force Planning

Monthly Salary Range: $5,655.76 - $7,262.42

The Human Resources Department is recruiting for two Human Resources Analyst II, one in the Labor/Employee Relations Division and one in the Work Force Planning Division . Incumbents in Labor/Employee Relations unit are responsible for collecting and analyzing information in support of labor negotiations and will participate at the negotiations table. May also conduct grievance and discipline investigations. Incumbents in Work Force Planning unit are responsible for recruitment, classification and compensation and organization development.

Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business or public administration, industrial relations, or a related field and two years of professional-level experience in a centralized human resources system, which has included experience in employee/labor relations and workforce planning. Experience in a public agency setting is desirable.
