California Association of Joint Powers Authorities

The Litigation, Insurance and Tort Liability (LITL) program provides an educational forum for sharing of ideas in the areas of tort liabilities and claims management, and liabilities claims department operations. The program is supported and guided by the LITL Committee, which hosts several roundtable discussions in both northern and southern California each year. Any individuals involved with or interested in tort claims against public entities, including claims adjusters, attorneys and program administrators, are encouraged to attend the roundtable sessions.
