Prepare To Be Impressed!
CAJPA is recognized as a leader in the risk sharing community and known for hosting an annual conference with unmatched educational sessions, networking opportunities and keynote presentations. In 2015, attendees are certain to once again be impressed with this year's line-up of keynote speakers.

Be Motivated.
Wednesday's Opening Keynote Session will welcome Simon Bailey, a leadership imagineer and former sales director of the world-renowned Disney Institute. He will share with attendees strategic steps to steer those wavering in their business and career engagement on how to shift their focus and continue to grow personally and professionally. How to take control of your future and better serve your JPA members. He has been called, "One of the best keynote speakers ever heard..."

Be Inspired.
Thursday's lunch headliner is Wine to Water founder Doc Hendley. Started in 2003, Wine to Water is a non-profit organization focused on providing clean water to people around the world. Hendley is the epitome of an individual who has made a difference and shares his story about how a "tattooed kegtapper" can cure what ails the world. Wine to Water aims to help 1.1 billion people worldwide who lack access to clean water. His story will inspire attendees to make a difference in their "drop" of the world!

Be Informed.
Former Senate Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg will join CAJPA for the Friday morning legislative session. With more than 26 years of public service at the local and state levels, Steinberg will share his insight into public policy trends impacting public agencies and risk sharing pools as well as what challenges and opportunities face California today and tomorrow. All attendees will want to stay for the closing session to hear what insight Steinberg has to share on California's political landscape.
